let us explain how our bespoke design process works
so you've decided to take the plunge and invest in some gorgeous stationery, what next?
Each project is unique, however the steps below should be taken as a guide for the production of a bespoke wedding invitation suite and/or event stationery.
You fill in an initial questionnaire so that we can get as much information as possible about your project.
We will then send you an initial quote for your bespoke design.
If you’re happy to go ahead, we will ask you to sign our T&Cs and pay a deposit to secure your booking.
The deposit is usually 50% of the total. Please ask us if you would like an alternative payment plan.
We arrange an in-depth consultation to get any other information we may need.
After that, we’ll create a mood board, taking inspiration from all the details you’ve given us.
We can offer you rough sketches of design ideas at this stage too.
Once you’re happy with the initial ideas and concepts discussed, we work our magic to produce your designs.
Don’t worry, we’ll get your input along the way to make sure all the little details are correct.
We will send you the final proofs so you can sign off on everything before we start production.
Your items will arrive within 3 weeks (unless we have agreed otherwise, e.g. seating plans).
